Mary Sullivan is a lifelong learner and researcher who has been studying with Cate since 2004. She’s a mentor in the Living Ayurveda course and a blogger for Yogahealer. Prompted by her love of learning, Mary took steps to understand how to use social media to promote her business more efficiently and effectively.
