In this Changemaker Challenge episode, Cate and Grace, fresh from the Yogahealer retreat in Mexico, discuss how to step into and own the role of wellness leader. You have a responsibility to lead! In order to own your role as a wellness leader, you need to take stock of your skills and resources, be aware of how others see you and know how to leverage your strengths. Armed with this information, you can start to build a structure that supports your evolution. When your structure is in line with your natural leadership style, you experience less stress and anxiety. When you understand how you lead differently than others, you can actively start to attract your tribe members. As someone who has benefitted from teachings of gurus, Cate asks us to recognize that we, as wellness pros, are that guru for other people. Our job then is to make the make their transformation easier, faster, and more enjoyable than ours was. The best way to do that is through a tribe. Being a member of your own tribe and letting other leaders naturally emerge makes your job a lot easier too.
